RepurposeMyWebinar is an AI-powered platform that transforms webinar recordings into various content formats, including but not limited to:

• Image quotes and graphics
• Social media posts (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.)
• Blog post outlines and articles
• Audio clips and audiograms
• Transcriptions and translations

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to the Service ("User Content"), including webinar recordings, images, logos, and brand assets. By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

5.2 Content Representations

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize us to use your User Content
• Your User Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• You have obtained all necessary consents from individuals appearing in your content
• Your User Content complies with all applicable laws and regulations

5.3 Generated Content

Content generated by our AI based on your User Content ("Generated Content") is provided to you for your use. You are responsible for reviewing Generated Content before publishing and ensuring it meets your quality standards and complies with applicable laws.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights of others
• Upload content containing unlawful, defamatory, or harmful material
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Upload content containing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Collect or harvest user information without consent
• Use the Service to generate spam or unsolicited communications
• Circumvent any access controls or usage limits
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

7. Payment Terms

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RepurposeMyWebinar and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against us.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
